From Palma, pushed by a light puff of wind, we sailed towards the west coast of Mallorca, and anchored outside Port de Sóller. I made a mental note of this charming resort situated in a large horseshoe bay as a beautiful place to spend a day or two if I should one day be around.
It was such a joy to get off the ship and have a few hours ashore, grab some tapas in a bar and for some, to go for a swim on the beach.
Our adventure was to became routine: sail for several hours, drop anchor, take pontoon to shore, then explore around to get feel of places. And I was going to milk every moment out of our excursions that I can, out of those simple but wonderful little pleasures.
