‘Me time’

‘Me time’

The sense of places like Hong Kong, the intensity of views, the sheer physical sensation of being taken somewhere else was powerful. But my around trip wasn’t just about all these things. It was about the effort, about the joy of creating something, about the excitement of embracing on a project, about self-discovery that happens when you step beyond your routine way of seeing the world.

It occurred to be the most productive mental break I had ever had. We all need to rest our minds. Time on your own is an excellent reflection time.

Now, I’m paying a tribute to that life experience, and I’d be encouraging everyone to have more ‘me time’.
